The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's overall growth.The role will involve approximately 60% field work and 40% office/other sales activities.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Qualifications
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
