AXL Cargo Solutions FZCO is looking for an experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in DAFZA, Dubai.We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, who understands the market and has an established network of clients and industry connections.🔹 Requirements:Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in the logistics & freight forwarding industryGood command of English, with proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil required.Experience preferably in Pharma, DGR, or Freight SalesProven track record in business development and client acquisitionStrong existing client/industry network and connectionsExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of the logistics marketCurrently in UAE and available to start immediately🔹 Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesGenerate leads and convert prospects into clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsPrepare quotations and negotiate with clientsManage existing accounts and identify opportunities for business growthAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growthCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery💰 What We Offer:Competitive Salary + Monthly Released Commission📍 Location: DAFZA, Dubai📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to: hr@axl-cargo.com
