We build client confidence through reliable, transparent, and results-oriented engagement.Role Overview We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive subscription sales of our software solutions to government departments and PSUs. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on hitting targets, building trust with government stakeholders, and closing deals in a structured, compliance-heavy sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue leads for software subscription sales within government departments, PSUs, and allied bodiesDrive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — with a strong focus on achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targetsConduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to government use casesSupport and manage tender/bid documentation, empanelment processes, and government procurement procedures (GeM, e-tendering, etc.)Build and maintain long-term relationships with key government officials and decision-makersMaintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM and report performance regularly against targetsCollaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client needsRepresent CONORG India at government events, conferences, and networking forums to build visibilityWhat We're Looking ForProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (please be ready to share numbers)Prior experience selling software/SaaS, IT services, or subscription-based products to government clients strongly preferredFamiliarity with government procurement processes (tenders, GeM, RFPs) is a plusStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is an advantageFamiliarity with the Bhopal region and local government networks is a strong plusWhy Join CONORG India Be part of a values-driven consultancy where integrity and results go hand in hand — with real ownership over your pipeline and a direct path to growing government accounts.
