A dedicated customer support team ensures a reliable and efficient procurement experience for projects of all sizes.Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving sales of electrical materials and solutions, managing existing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up to close deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the operations and customer support teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, maintaining sales reports and CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.QualificationsProven sales skills in B2B and B2C environments, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.Knowledge of electrical materials and products (wires, cables, lighting, hardware, PVC, wiring accessories) or strong willingness to learn technical product details.Experience using CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for quotations, reports, and presentations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage contractors, electricians, project managers, and traders.Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple inquiries and orders in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages relevant to the UAE market are an advantage.Previous experience in sales within electrical, construction, or related industries in the UAE is preferred.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to visit client sites as needed.Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.Sallary between 2500-3500Location are hiring For Ajman and Dubai
