يُطلب مندوبي مبيعات بدوام كامل في موقع العمل لدى شركة بريق الجليد للمقاولات في الرياض. سيتولى مندوب المبيعات مسؤولية إدارة حسابات العملاء، وتوليد العملاء المحتملين، والتفاوض على العقود، وإتمام صفقات البيع.يُشترط امتلاك خبرة عملية مثبتة كمندوب مبيعات أو في منصب ذي صلة لدى شركات صيانة مكيفات الهواء أو شركات البناء التي تقدم خدمات في مجال مكيفات الهواء، ⁦المؤهلات

• درجة بكالوريوس في اقتصاديات تسويق الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة في المبيعات، ومهارات توليد العملاء المحتملين، والتفاوض على العقود.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل شخصية ممتازة.
• القدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
• معرفة بقطاع المقاولات.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
• فهم عملية البيع وديناميكياتها.
• مهارات التنظيم والعرض والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الوقت.
• امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية وسيارة.
• مهارات التفاوض.
• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.⁩Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Glitter Ice for Contracting located in Riyadh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.Proven working experience as a Sales executive or a relevant role at Maintenance Companies for Air Conditional or Construction Companies who are providing services of AC Preventive Maintenance Services will be advanced.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Marketing economies or related field. Sales experience, Lead Generation, and Contract Negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Knowledge of the contracting industry.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Organization, Presentation Skills. Strategic Planning & Time Management Skills.Has Saudi driving license and car.Negotiation Skills .Proficiency in MS Office.
