If you thrive in a competitive, high-reward sales environment, we want to hear from you.Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential clients via phone calls and messaging channels to promote and sell StoreX products/services.Manage assigned leads meticulously and conduct timely follow-ups to convert prospects into active customers.Handle customer queries, clarify service benefits, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.Coordinate post-sales transition by handing over onboarded clients to the support department.Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and reports in the sales tracker/CRM.Achieve or surpass individual sales targets set by the organization.RequirementsEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.Experienced diploma holders or passionate candidates with proven sales track records are also encouraged to apply.Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience working specifically as a sales executive in digital product sales or telesales (customer service experience excluded).Additional RequirementsAge: 21 to 30 yearsBoth males and females are encouraged to apply.Clear articulation, persuasive tone, and active listening skills.Ability to handle pressure and maintain patience during difficult customer interactions.Punctual, proactive, and self-motivated.Compensation & BenefitsSalary : Negotiable (Base Salary + Lucrative Sales Commission/Incentives)Working Hours: Weekly 1 days off (Friday)Incentives: Performance bonus & attractive sales commission per closed dealFestival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) - Equivalent to basic salary (eligible after 1 year of service)Career & Growth: Annual salary increments based on performance.Culture: Friendly and vibrant work cultureRead Before ApplyStoreX is an equal opportunity employer.
