Sales Executive

Fitness Power House is looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to help develop and expand our corporate sales segment across the UAE.The candidate will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, approaching potential corporate clients, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable fitness and wellness solutions.This is an active sales role suitable for someone who is confident in prospecting, meeting clients, following up on opportunities and building long-term business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new B2B clients across the UAE.Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct visits.Build relationships with decision-makers such as procurement managers, facility managers, HR managers, gym owners, consultants and business owners.Arrange meetings and present Fitness Power House products and solutions to potential clients.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fitness, wellness and recreational products.Prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations.Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, delivery and installation.Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations and follow-ups.Develop relationships with hotels, gyms, residential developers, offices, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centres and government organisations.Identify potential partnerships with interior designers, contractors, consultants and project-management companies.Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities in the UAE fitness and wellness market.Achieve monthly sales, meeting and lead-generation targets.Provide regular sales pipeline and performance reports to management.Support the company during exhibitions, corporate events and product demonstrations.
