Narcissus Hotels & Resorts is committed to service excellence, innovation, and building long-term guest relationships, in line with the Kingdom’s vision for the growth of tourism and hospitality.Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for driving room, residence, and event revenue through proactive sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and conducting sales calls, site visits, and client meetings. The role involves preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating rates and packages within established guidelines, and collaborating with the reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales leadership. The role also includes representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and familiarization visits, while consistently promoting the brand and maintaining high standards of professionalism.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in identifying leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing corporate and leisure sales opportunities.Experience building and maintaining client relationships, including strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Capability to prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and reports, with attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.Previous sales experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels or serviced residences in the GCC region.Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) for day-to-day sales operations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Customer-focused mindset, professional appearance, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as business needs require.
