With a strong emphasis on professional service, safety, and local expertise, the team is dedicated to delivering memorable journeys that showcase Nepal’s natural scenery and cultural heritage.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kathmandu. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about trekking and tour packages. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, preparing quotations and itineraries, following up with clients, and closing sales in alignment with company targets. The role involves coordinating with operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate itinerary information, timely bookings, and a smooth customer experience. The Sales Executive will also maintain sales records, contribute to promotional activities, and represent the company professionally in all client communications.Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.Knowledge of trekking and tour products in Nepal, especially popular routes such as Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Nepali and other languages is an advantage.Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or booking systems, and online communication tools.Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple client requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is highly beneficial.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory customer service, with a focus on safety and traveler satisfaction.
