Sales Executive – Direct Sales (Banking Products)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in UAE banking direct sales to promote and sell financial products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Multi-Products.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell banking products including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutionsIdentify potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activitiesAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customersEnsure proper documentation and compliance with banking policiesFollow up with clients to ensure timely processing and approvalsStay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offeringsRequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experienceProven track record of achieving sales targets with strong incentive earningsGood understanding of banking products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
