Services include live gelato stations, bespoke dessert concepts, and luxury event partnerships tailored for brands, hotels, restaurants, and private clients. Gelatone’s mission is to build a modern hospitality brand focused on quality, aesthetics, and guest experience, with plans to expand to multiple international locations over the coming years.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue growth across retail, catering, private events, and corporate activations by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting outreach to hospitality partners and corporate clients, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role will collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to design tailored dessert experiences, support event execution, and ensure a consistent premium brand presentation. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute ideas to refine Gelatone’s offerings and support the brand’s growth strategy.QualificationsStrong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals in food and beverage, hospitality, or related industries.Knowledge of food and beverage, particularly premium or artisanal products, and an interest in modern hospitality and guest experience.Ability to prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and work with basic sales metrics, forecasts, and CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional fluency in English and confidence interacting with diverse client groups.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with flexible hours as needed for events.Is a plus:Experience in account management and client service, with the ability to manage corporate, event, and hospitality partners and maintain long-term collaborations.Prior experience in London’s hospitality, events, or luxury brand sectors is highly beneficial.Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, business, or hospitality is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
