The Sales Executive drives profitable sales growth and manages assigned customers across New Country Healthcare’s healthcare channels. The role owns day-to-day commercial relationships with assigned accounts, focusing on sales achievement, account development, product availability, listings, promotional execution, collections, and sustainable customer growth.Acting as the commercial link between customers and NCH, the Sales Executive works closely with Medical Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandisers, Promoters, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure effective execution across the customer journey. The role requires strong relationships with purchasing and procurement teams, pharmacy in-charges, pharmacists, and other relevant decision-makers, along with disciplined management of customer stock, near-expiry exposure, market intelligence, and emerging business opportunities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Account DevelopmentAchieve assigned sales, revenue, distribution and account-growth targets through disciplined execution of agreed commercial plans.Develop existing accounts by increasing portfolio penetration, securing additional listings and identifying appropriate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across pharmacies, healthcare groups, hospitals, clinics and other assigned healthcare channels.Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and prioritise accounts based on sales potential, performance gaps and strategic value.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong, sustainable relationships with purchasing and procurement teams, pharmacy in-charges, pharmacists and other relevant customer stakeholders.Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer requirements, concerns and opportunities are addressed promptly.Conduct regular customer visits to review sales performance, stock position, listings, promotions, service levels and future business opportunities.Develop a clear understanding of key decision-makers and influencers within each account to strengthen engagement, continuity and long-term partnership.Medical Marketing, Trade Marketing & Promotional ExecutionCollaborate with Medical Marketing to support product priorities, launches, approved product communication and customer engagement initiatives.Partner with Trade Marketing to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, visibility programmes and customer-specific activities based on commercial priorities.Provide account-level input on customer needs, product performance, stock position and market conditions to improve the relevance and effectiveness of activities.Evaluate promotional execution and customer response, sharing sales results, field feedback and recommendations to strengthen future activities.Merchandising, Promoters & In-Store ExecutionCoordinate with Merchandisers and Promoters to ensure agreed standards for product availability, placement, visibility and promotional execution are consistently achieved.Monitor shelf availability, displays, promotional materials and execution quality during field visits, identifying gaps that may affect sales performance.Communicate clear account priorities and commercial opportunities to field execution teams and follow up on agreed actions.Escalate recurring execution gaps and work with the relevant teams to implement practical corrective actions.Order Fulfilment, Stock Health & Near-Expiry ManagementMonitor customer inventory, sales movement and product availability to minimise stock-outs, lost sales and excessive customer stock.Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and the Delivery team to follow orders from confirmation through fulfilment and delivery, resolving service issues proactively.Identify slow-moving, short-dated and near-expiry products early and coordinate appropriate approved actions, including stock rotation, redistribution or targeted commercial activity.Maintain visibility of near-expiry exposure by customer and product, escalating risks promptly to minimise returns, write-offs and commercial losses.Commercial Discipline, Collections & Account AdministrationSupport product listings, quotations, customer registrations, tenders and other commercial requirements applicable to assigned accounts.Execute approved prices, promotions, discounts and commercial terms in accordance with company policies and delegated authority.Follow up with customers and Finance on outstanding payments, supporting achievement of collection targets and healthy account ageing.Maintain accurate and timely records of customer activities, orders, commercial commitments, opportunities and follow-up actions using applicable company systems.Market Intelligence & Business OpportunitiesMonitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, launches, availability, listings and other relevant market developments across assigned accounts.Identify unmet customer needs, portfolio gaps, new outlets, competitor weaknesses and other opportunities that could generate incremental business for NCH.Translate field observations and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for the Healthcare Sales Manager, Medical Marketing, Trade Marketing and other relevant stakeholders.Provide regular insights on account performance, customer trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities to support forecasting and commercial planning.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare or another relevant discipline.2 to 4 years of relevant sales or account management experience, preferably within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, nutraceuticals, OTC, healthcare distribution or a related sector.Demonstrated experience dealing with healthcare customers, pharmacy groups, purchasing teams, pharmacy managers or other relevant commercial stakeholders.Exposure to product listings, promotions, stock management, customer activations and order management is preferred.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong understanding of healthcare and pharmacy-channel sales, including territory management, account development, customer purchasing processes, product listings, and order generation.Commercial ability to analyse sales, stock levels, and product movement to identify growth opportunities, slow-moving inventory, near-expiry risks, and corrective actions.Experience in trade promotion and in-store execution, including customer activations, product visibility, and coordination with Marketing, Merchandisers, and Promoters.Strong negotiation, influencing, presentation, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with purchasing and pharmacy stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is preferred.Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.Required SkillsThe successful candidate should demonstrate strong clarity in communication,
