Sales Executive – Healthcare Software

We are hiring Sales Executives to bring digital healthcare to doctors and hospitals in Dhaka.About Shafa CareShafa Care Ltd is a Bangladeshi healthcare-technology company. Doctors have used Shafa EMR, our cloud-based electronic medical record and digital prescription system with a built-in AI assistant, to serve patients and write prescriptions. Shafa HMS is our hospital management system for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres. Both follow the international health-data standards HL7 FHIR, ICD-11 and LOINC.The roleYou will sell Shafa EMR to doctors in private chambers and Shafa HMS to hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres. You find the customers, show them the product, sign them up, and stay with them until they use it every day.What you will doVisit doctors in their chambers, demonstrate Shafa EMR and sign them upOnboard each new doctor and support them through their first 30 daysFind hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres that need an HMS and arrange demos with owners and administratorsTake HMS opportunities from first meeting to proposal, and close them with the CEOPlan your territory, keep your pipeline up to date and report dailyMeet monthly targets for activated doctors and for customers who stayWhat we are looking for1–3 years of field sales experienceBachelor's degree in any disciplineFluent Bangla and working EnglishConfident demonstrating software on a laptop or smartphoneWilling to be in the field every day, including evening chamber hoursIt helps if you haveWorked as a pharmaceutical medical representative, in diagnostic-lab marketing, or in medical-device or healthcare-software salesExisting relationships with doctors or hospital administrators in DhakaWhat we offerSalary negotiable, based on experienceTA/DA for field workSales bonus on the doctors you activate and the HMS deals you closeFestival bonus as per company policyFull product trainingA path to team lead as we expand beyond DhakaVacancies: 2 Location: Dhaka (field-based) Apply by: 20 October 2026We are hiring two people and want a balanced team.
