Sales Executive Indoor (Work based in Dubai)

Responsibilities

Conduct regular outbound / CRT / IB sales calls to identify opportunities and acquire new customers.Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase bookings across RCL’s port pairs.Prepare freight quotations and negotiate rates within company guidelines.Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure confirmed bookings.Coordinate with Trade, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support customer requirements.Maintain accurate customer profiles, sales activities, and follow-up records.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Prepare regular sales reports and booking projections for management.Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Develop and support customer accounts across all Emirates of the UAE, primarily through telephone and email.Attend customer meetings or visits when required, in coordination with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Liner/NVOCC market. Confident and spontaneousPersuasive and influentialExcellent communication skills2–5 years of experience in liner sales/NVOCC in UAE marketValid UAE driving license would be an advantage.
