Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding & Logistics team in Dubai. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation sales is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop new business and build strong customer relationships.Arabic speaking is mandatory. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Develop new customers and business opportunities in the UAE.Promote freight forwarding and logistics services.Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.Visit customers and meet potential clients when required.Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Coordinate with the Operations and Pricing teams to provide suitable solutions.Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.Maintain accurate customer and sales records.Requirements:Arabic speaking is MANDATORY.Good knowledge of the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.UAE market and customer network is an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.Good English communication skills.Strong customer service and follow-up skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Sales incentives/commission based on performance.Professional and supportive working environment.Opportunity to grow within a growing logistics company.Exposure to a wide range of freight forwarding and logistics services.Join OFS and grow your career with a professional freight forwarding and logistics team in the UAE.
