Experience with built-in and freestanding home and kitchen appliances is preferred.Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatoryLanguages Preferred: English and Arabic.Job Overview:To drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective follow-up with customers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Visit kitchen dealers according to the weekly schedule.Create company and individual staff profiles for kitchen dealers and attach business cards.Track product returns, exchanges, deliveries, and LPOs.Schedule visits with the Sales Director and dealers.Arrange appointments with the dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape design companies, etc., which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and maintain and expand the client database.Conduct product presentations.Continually meet and exceed sales targets and regularly monitor business plans to achieve sales goals.Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.Maintain an accurate record of each lead, customer account, kitchen dealer company, and key personnel profiles and sales.Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.Provide and educate the dealers on the company policies, catalogue, price list, etc.Properly coordinate between departments for sales orders, etc.Collect LPOs from customers and track returns and exchanges of products and deliveries.Follow up on payments and collect cheques.Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is required.4 – 5 years of relevant UAE sales experience.Experience with built-in and freestanding home and kitchen appliances is preferred.
