A dedicated customer support team ensures a simple, fast, and reliable procurement experience for projects of all sizes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Executive / Store Keeper / Stores Assistant. The role involves assisting walk-in and phone/online customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting sales follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials, organizing stock in the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing items for dispatch. The position also requires coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, updating stock levels in systems or spreadsheets, and ensuring proper labeling and housekeeping in the store area. The team member will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer support to keep order status updated and resolve any stock or delivery issues promptly.QualificationsExperience in sales support, customer service, or counter sales, preferably in electrical materials or building supplies.Skills in inventory management, stock handling, and storekeeping, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials accurately.Basic computer literacy, with ability to use spreadsheets, inventory systems, and online platforms for order and stock updates.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner.Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized records and a tidy store/warehouse environment.Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and follow workplace health and safety practices.Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or trading environments in the UAE is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.Salary range Sales Executive -2500 - 3500Store Keeper - 3000-4500
