Date posted: August 20, 2026Pay: From CA$18.50 per hourJob description:Heel boy is looking for energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing team.If you have an interest working in a boutique environment selling shoes in a fast paced and dynamic atmosphere then we are looking for you.Sales associates responsibilties include- • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features• Welcome customers to the store• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales• Actively seek out customers in store• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options• Process purchases• Cross sell products• Handle returns of merchandise• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service• Build productive trust relationships with customers• Comply with inventory control procedures• Has a flexible work schedule and able to work weekendsRequired skills and abilities - • Proven work experience in customer service, retail experience an asset, shoe experience an additional asset.• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices• Hands-on experience with POS transactions• Familiarity with inventory procedures• Solid communication and interpersonal skills• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus• Ability to pertorm under pressure and• Availability to work flexible shifts• An interest in fashionJob Type: Part-time/full-timeWork Location: In person
