• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Sales Leadership, Strategic Sales Management, Business Development, or Revenue Management are an advantage.Years of Experience
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in revenue growth, sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a Freezone, business setup, real estate, consulting, or service-based industry.Nature of Experience
• Proven experience in revenue growth, sales leadership, business development, and commercial strategy.
• Experience in managing sales teams, revenue targets, pipeline performance, and key client relationships.
• Strong exposure to the UAE market, Freezone environment, business setup, licensing, or service-based sectors.
• Experience working with senior management, government/freezone authorities, channel partners, and cross-functional teams.
