Company Description Flexible Packaging Association – GCC Region serves as the sustainability and advocacy voice for the flexible packaging and printing industries across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The association supports member organizations in aligning with COP 26–27 net emission guidelines and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It works with sustainability experts, legal professionals, and policymakers to build country-specific advocacy platforms and engage in dialogue with governments and environmental agencies. The organization also advises members on CAPEX planning to meet emerging regional regulations and leverage global technological advancements. Team members contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on responsible growth and industry innovation.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective member organizations, assisting with outreach, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Daily tasks include communicating with existing and potential members, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and supporting the organization of advocacy events and industry meetings. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure member inquiries are handled promptly and providing administrative support for sales campaigns. The intern will also help gather market insights in the GCC region to support sales strategies and membership growth.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with members and stakeholders.Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation and relationship building.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting with onboarding materials and tracking sales activities.Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (current student or recent graduate) is preferred.Interest in sustainability, packaging, or related industries within the GCC region is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
