Sales Lead – UAE📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: Sales Lead🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead with strong UAE market experience in service sales and business development.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling business/government services, generating new clients, and building strong corporate relationships. Experience with AMER, Tawjeeh, Tasheel, PRO services, or similar UAE government/business services will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE.Conduct field visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.Promote and sell the company’s services and solutions to corporate and individual clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.Explore new market opportunities and expand the client base.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain regular sales reports and update client/pipeline information.Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and relationship management.✅ RequirementsMinimum 3 years of UAE experience in service sales/business development.Service sales experience is mandatory — candidates with only product sales experience will not be considered.A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Own car is preferred.We prefer experience in AMER, Tawjeeh, Tasheel, PRO services, government services, business setup, or similar service-based industries.Strong knowledge of the UAE business and service market.Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in field sales.Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings when required.💰 CompensationBasic Salary: AED 4,000/monthTA / Fuel Allowance: AED 1,000/monthTotal Fixed Package: AED 5,000/monthPerformance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
