Company: Fastgate LogisticsFastgate Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Manager to grow our B2B customer base and lead sales across international freight forwarding, domestic and GCC transportation, and customs clearance.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan with clear revenue and customer acquisition targets.Identify and win new business from importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.Build direct relationships with decision makers and develop long-term customer accounts.Manage the sales process from prospecting and customer meetings through quotations, negotiation, and closing.Work with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive, profitable solutions.Lead the sales team, track opportunities, and report on performance.RequirementsProven experience selling freight forwarding or logistics services in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, road transportation, and customs clearance.A demonstrated record of winning new B2B customers and achieving sales targets.Experience managing a sales team or key accounts.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.Based in Jeddah or willing to work there.
