This innovative environment supports collaboration, efficiency, and growth for metal industry stakeholders.Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for coordinating sales activities with end-to-end logistics operations. This role involves managing order processing, monitoring inventory and shipment status, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and partners. The specialist will liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customers to resolve issues, optimize transport routes, and maintain accurate documentation. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, tracking shipments, updating systems, and supporting the sales team with logistics insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to support commercial activities and convert logistics insights into business opportunities.Solid background in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and inventory tracking.Hands-on experience with Freight Forwarding processes, carriers, and customs-related procedures.Relevant experience in industrial, metals, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics software, and common office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
