Sales Manager - Air Freight

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Air Freight services.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote customised Air Freight and end-to-end logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term retention.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across logistics services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.🔎 What We’re Looking For:
• 5+years experience in Air Freight sales / Freight Forwarding industry
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development
• Strong understanding of Air Cargo, Import & Export, and Freight Forwarding operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a highly target-oriented approach
