قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجIndustry: Automotive Spare PartsExperience: 7–10+ years | Automotive Parts IndustryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Auto Parts to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across the UAE automotive spare parts market.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive monthly and annual sales revenue and gross profit targets.Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and wholesale customers.Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.Build strong relationships with key accounts and existing customers.Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.Develop pricing strategies, promotions, bundled offerings, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.Drive sales of new products and manage the complete sales cycle.Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to increase sales volume.Work closely with the Service and other departments to increase internal parts sales.Manage sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory requirements.Monitor stock movement, aging, slow-moving and obsolete parts.Maintain optimal inventory levels based on UAE market demand.Track KPIs including revenue, gross profit, stock turnover and lost sales.Prepare monthly sales and departmental performance reports.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, import/export procedures and company policies.Manage day-to-day operations of the Auto Parts Sales Department.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or MBA.7–10+ years of experience in the UAE automotive spare parts industry.Strong knowledge of the UAE auto spare parts market, local regulations, land borders, customer expectations and regional logistics.Experience with Japanese, Korean, Chinese, American and/or European vehicle parts.Strong leadership, team management and business development skills.Experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting.Strong analytical, reporting and financial awareness.Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.Knowledge of UAE VAT and import/export procedures.Valid UAE driving license.Preferred age range: 35–45 years (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
