We provide specialized corporate training programs tailored to both private companies and public sector organizations.We collaborate with over 100 companies in various ways.WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Sales Director B2C will be the driving force behind IMMUNE’s direct student acquisition and retail revenue growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end B2C sales funnel, converting online leads into enrolled students across our bootcamps, master's programs, and tech courses.Lead B2C Revenue Generation: Take full ownership of B2C sales targets, driving student recruitment campaigns and maximizing conversion rates across all direct consumer touchpoints.Build & Lead the Sales Advisory Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of academic advisors / inside sales representatives, setting clear KPIs, script guidelines, and daily conversion targets.Funnel Optimization & Performance Tracking: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to optimize digital acquisition channels, streamline CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Salesforce), and improve lead-to-enrollment ratios.Consultative Educational Selling: Oversee student counseling processes, ensuring advisors deliver personalized, high-trust guidance that addresses career aspirations, financing options, and technology program choices.Local Market Adaptation: Leverage a deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, academic calendar seasonality, and local decision-making dynamics (e.g., family involvement, government scholarship alternatives) to tailor closing strategies.Sales Operations & Analytics: Continuously analyze sales metrics—such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead velocity, call-to-close rates, and drop-off points—to refine sales tactics and forecast monthly enrollments accurately.YOU ARE GOOD AT:High-Volume Funnel Conversion: Managing and nurturing high-volume lead pipelines generated from performance marketing campaigns (paid social, SEO, Google Ads) into paid enrollments.Team Leadership & Performance Coaching: Inspiring, training, and holding accountable an inside sales team through active listening, pitch refinement, and continuous feedback.Data-Driven Sales Management: Using CRM tools and analytics dashboards to track daily activity, spot bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, and make rapid tactical adjustments.Consultative B2C Communication: Building immediate trust with prospective students and parents, articulating the return on investment (ROI) and career outcomes of tech education.Agility & Execution Speed: Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where rapid lead follow-up and structured sales sequences make the difference.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering seamlessly with Performance Marketing to align lead quality with sales messaging, and with Academic Operations to ensure smooth student onboarding.YOU BRING:Education and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Non-Negotiable: A minimum of 5+ years of direct B2C sales experience, with a proven track record in high-ticket consumer sales and digital funnel management.Proven experience in managing inside sales teams and consistently hitting monthly/quarterly B2C revenue quotas.Professional skills:Prior experience within the EdTech, Higher Education, Private Academies, Bootcamps, or Tech Training sectors in KSA is strongly preferred.Deep knowledge of the Saudi educational sales ecosystem, student motivations, and consumer buying behaviors.Non-Negotiable: Full bilingual fluency in Arabic (native/near-native) and English (professional fluent), both written and spoken.Hands-on expertise with modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), omnichannel contact center tools, and automated sales sequences.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales funnels, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting metrics.Knowledge:Strong understanding of digital marketing acquisition channels and how online leads move through a sales funnel.Familiarity with current tech career trends in KSA (e.g., AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Engineering) to credibly position IMMUNE’s programs to prospective students.OUR COMMITMENTWe are offering candidates the opportunity to join a pioneering technology institute at an exciting time of growth.
