Sales Manager – Data Loss Prevention (GTB Technologies)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with travel across KSA) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity sales in Saudi Arabia Reports To: Country Head Nationality: Saudi National (this position is designated for Saudi Nationals in line with Saudization / Nitaqat requirements)About the RoleThis is a pure sales role. The candidate will be measured on revenue delivered pipeline built, deals closed, and targets achieved. This is not a presales, consulting, or technical position; presales and technical delivery teams will support the candidate, but ownership of the number sits with this role.In support of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's National Cybersecurity Strategy, we are seeking an experienced Saudi Sales Manager to drive the growth of GTB Technologies' Data Loss Prevention (DLP) portfolio across the Kingdom. Data protection is a national priority anchored by the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) under SDAIA, NDMO data classification and governance policies, and NCA controls (ECC, DCC-1, CSCC) and this role sits at the center of helping Saudi enterprises and government entities achieve compliance and protect national data.The ideal candidate is a proven cybersecurity seller with an established network across government entities, semi-government organizations, and major Saudi enterprises, who arrives with a proven playbook, verifiable results, and an existing ecosystem of Saudi customers and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the revenue target for the GTB DLP portfolio across enterprise, government, and semi-government accounts in KSABuild and manage a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing-generated leadsDrive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closurePosition DLP against Saudi regulatory drivers (PDPL, NDMO, NCA ECC/DCC-1/CSCC, SAMA CSF for the financial sector) as the commercial lever in every engagementManage government sales cycles end-to-end, including tenders and RFPs via the Etimad platform and other government procurement channelsDevelop account plans, proposals, BOQs, and commercial responses in Arabic and English in coordination with presalesConduct executive-level presentations for CISOs, IT Directors, and compliance stakeholders across ministries, authorities, and Saudi enterprisesManage competitive positioning against other DLP vendors in the Saudi marketEngage presales for POC scoping and demo delivery, and ensure smooth handover to implementation while retaining commercial ownership of the accountMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting in CRMDevelop and nurture relationships with Saudi distributors, resellers, and system integrators across the KingdomRepresent the company at Saudi industry events (Black Hat MEA, LEAP, @Hack) and vendor engagementsRequired QualificationsSaudi NationalBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of cybersecurity sales experience in the Saudi market, in quota-carrying rolesDemonstrable, verifiable sales track record candidates must be able to present prior quota attainment, named customer wins in KSA, and the outcomes of key deals (deal sizes, sectors, and results achieved)Proven go-to-market execution, ability to clearly articulate the GTM strategy previously executed in the Kingdom (direct vs. channel mix, target segments, lead-generation approach, sales motion) and the results it deliveredEstablished OEM and channel ecosystem, documented experience working with cybersecurity OEMs, distributors, and reseller/system integrator partners in KSA; candidates should be prepared to detail which vendors and partners they have worked with and what business those relationships generatedWorking knowledge of DLP, data classification, and data governance concepts sufficient to sell consultativelyDeep familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape: PDPL (SDAIA), NDMO data classification, NCA ECC/DCC-1, and sector regulators (SAMA, CST)Experience selling into Saudi government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors, with an understanding of government procurement and budgeting cyclesNative Arabic fluency; excellent professional EnglishExcellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills in both languagesPreferred QualificationsDirect experience selling DLP or data protection platformsCybersecurity sales certifications or vendor accreditationsExisting network of CISO/IT decision-makers across Saudi ministries, authoritiesExperience positioning security solutions in OT/SCADA environments (Aramco ecosystem, SABIC, utilities)Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates will be asked to walk through their previous cybersecurity sales performance in the Saudi market in detail, including: results delivered against targets, reference customers and accounts won, the go-to-market strategy they built or executed, and the OEM, distributor, and reseller relationships they developed and leveraged.
