Sales Manager

Location: UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3–5 years of UAE sales experienceIndustry Preference: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven UAE sales experience, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, along with an established network of UAE customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business-growth targets.Identify and acquire new customers across the UAE.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.Leverage an established UAE customer network to generate new business opportunities.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into customers.Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and direct business development activities.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.Collaborate with operations and customer-service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.Requirements3–5 years of UAE sales experience is mandatory.Strong preference for candidates with experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or related industries.Proven track record of business generation and achieving sales targets.Established UAE customer network and market connections.Strong understanding of the UAE market and B2B sales environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.
