It is a leading Chinese oil and gas industry inspection and technical service company with international competitiveness.Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities1. Market Development and Strategic Planning: Based on the market environment, local laws and regulations, and the company’s global strategy in the assigned country, responsible for developing new inspection business; collect and analyze market competition dynamics, study competitors’ strategies, and promptly adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.2.Client Relationship Management and Government Liaison: Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant government authorities, large enterprises, and other key potential clients in the assigned country to promote inspection services; establish and maintain close relationships with local partners to ensure timely access to market demand and policy developments.3.Sales Targets and Planning: Undertake assigned sales targets and develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve designated revenue and profit objectives; analyze local market potential, forecast sales performance, monitor sales progress, and ensure successful achievement of sales targets.4.Client Project Management and Risk Control: Lead the bidding, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution processes for inspection service projects to ensure smooth project delivery; manage and support key accounts, including resolving issues during service delivery and handling contract variations and price adjustments; ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and relevant international standards, manage sales risks, and support sustainable and stable business growth.Qualification Requirements:1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)–related disciplines are preferred. Candidates holding internationally recognized inspection certifications are an advantage.2.Language Skills: Proficient in Arabic and English for professional communication.3.Work Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience; candidates with up to 10 years of experience in oil & gas inspection, metering, calibration, and corrosion-related fields are preferred. Strong understanding of the local market in the assigned country, existing client resources, and proven experience in developing new clients and markets are considered strong advantages.4.Skill Requirements: Familiar with the operating model, regulatory standards, and market demand of the inspection services industry; excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively develop and maintain relationships with government authorities and major commercial clients; strong market insight and analytical capability to identify industry trends and business opportunities; able to independently prepare and present technically intensive proposals and tender documents.5.Other Competencies: Strong project management capability to ensure smooth execution throughout the entire process from contract signing to service delivery; good physical and mental health, high professional ethics, and integrity, with strict compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
