You'll drive business growth, develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships — while overseeing the sales pipeline, monitoring performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client service.What We're Looking Foro  Bachelor's degree. o   5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or sales management.o   Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams. o   Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills. o   Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.o   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset. o   Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is preferred.
