The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day sales activities of the Sales Team, with primary responsibility for achieving sales and collection targets, developing the sales pipeline, strengthening client relationships, and driving the adoption and growth of Xepto's digital education and LMS solutions.The Sales Manager provides direction, coaching, and support to the Sales Executive to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales objectives. The role works closely with the Business Development Manager, Technical Support, Engineering, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure that customer needs are properly addressed and sales opportunities are effectively converted into sustainable accounts.The Sales Manager is expected to be knowledgeable about Xepto's products and solutions, understand the needs of educational institutions, monitor market and competitor activities, and contribute insights and recommendations that support the company's overall business development strategy. Job Role:Leads and manages the Sales Executive to achieve assigned sales and collection targets.Develops and implements sales action plans aligned with the company’s sales and business development objectives.Monitors sales performance and pipeline, including leads, proposals, negotiations, closing activities, and 3-month sales forecasts.Coaches and mentors the Sales Executive on prospecting, client engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and closing.Develops and maintains key client relationships and supports the Sales Executive in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing accounts.Identifies opportunities for LMS subscription growth, renewals, and account expansion.Monitors market trends and competitor activities and provides relevant insights and recommendations to management.Supports product presentations, demonstrations, client meetings, and negotiations, particularly for key or strategic accounts.Handles escalated customer concerns and coordinates with Technical Support, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to resolve them.Reviews and submits sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation accurately and on time.Monitors sales-related activities and expenses to ensure compliance with approved company guidelines and budgets.Collaborates with the Business Development Manager on sales strategies, business opportunities, and initiatives to grow the company’s customer base.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Holder of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in technology, software, SaaS, LMS, EdTech, or related solutions.At least 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role.Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets.Experience in B2B sales and managing relationships with institutional or corporate clients is preferred.Experience selling technology solutions to schools or educational institutions is an advantage.
