The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and leading sales teams.Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in a business-to-business environment.Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort with CRM tools and basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, communication platforms).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in the Riyadh or wider GCC market is an advantage; proficiency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
