Great career growth & generous commission structure per sale.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operationsDrive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversionsDeliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio toursAssist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awarenessEnsure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safetyMaintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates cultureRequirementsPrevious sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organizedConfident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close salesFlexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as requiredA passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goalsCOMPENSATION & PERKS:This position offers a competitive SalaryCommission paid on salesOpportunity for bonus based on performance.Huge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions
