Sales Manager – Dubai Real EstateKingdom Capital Real Estate is looking for an experienced, hands on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division in Dubai.This is not simply a team supervision role. We are looking for someone who understands the Dubai brokerage market, can lead from the front, develop agents, drive transactions, and play an active role in building a high performing sales team.What You’ll DoLead, manage and develop the sales teamRecruit and onboard high quality real estate agents alongside managementSet clear sales targets, KPIs and accountability standardsCoach agents on prospecting, client management, negotiation and closingPersonally support and drive key transactionsBuild strong relationships with developers and industry partnersWork closely with management, marketing and recruitmentMonitor pipeline, conversions and individual agent performanceHelp establish a strong, performance-driven sales cultureWho We’re Looking For • Existing network of real estate agents and developers in Dubai is a strong advantage.Proven experience in the Dubai real estate brokerage marketStrong knowledge of Dubai off plan and secondary marketsPrevious experience leading or building a real estate sales teamDemonstrable track record in property sales and closing transactionsStrong developer relationships and market knowledgeExcellent leadership, communication and negotiation skillsCommercially driven, disciplined and hands onAble to operate in a growing business and build structure not simply inherit an established teamWhy Kingdom Capital?Kingdom Capital is a Dubai based real estate brokerage entering its next stage of growth.
