Sales Manager

About the Role

PharmaCare is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its pharmaceutical sales activities across the UAE.The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven leader with strong knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical market, a proven ability to deliver sales growth, and experience managing and motivating sales teams.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the sales team and drive achievement of monthly and annual targets.Develop sales plans and identify opportunities for business growth.Monitor team performance, territory coverage, and customer development.Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Support new product launches, tenders, and commercial negotiations.Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences.Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.Proven team leadership or sales management experience.Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Valid UAE driving licence.We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong sales team, expand the business, and deliver sustainable growth.Employment TypeFull-time
