Sales Manager – Staffing & Recruitment

Location: DohaExperience: 5 YearsSalary: TBDKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct client engagement.Identify and pursue relevant Government and Semi-Government tenders and manpower opportunities.Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts.Develop existing accounts through renewals, extensions, cross-selling, and additional manpower requirements.Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports.Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and business development KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing in Qatar8 to 10 years of overall experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentStrong Qatar market experience is requiredProven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.Strong existing network and client relationships across sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Key Competencies:Business Development | Staffing & Recruitment Sales | Client Acquisition | Government Tenders | Account Management | Negotiation | Networking | Lead Generation | Sales Pipeline Management | Commercial SkillsJob Type: Full TimeContact: careers@swan.qa
