Apply & track with Apply EdgeOne of the leading Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager.The Sales Manager (OEM) – MENA is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the Middle East and North Africa. The role focuses on identifying joint business opportunities, increasing Company’s market presence and securing projects involving modular buildings, E-Houses, Data Centres, BESS, RIEs, PIBs and other engineered modular solutions.Working closely with OEM partners, EPC contractors, consultants, end users and internal teams, the Sales Manager will identify opportunities from the early project stages through to contract award while delivering sustainable revenue growth and strengthening Company’s strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOEM Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement an OEM sales strategy aligned with Company’s regional growth objectives.Identify, engage and develop strategic partnerships with global and regional OEMs.Build long-term relationships with key OEM decision makers across the MENA region.Promote Company’s modular solutions to OEM partners and identify opportunities for collaboration.Develop joint go-to-market strategies with OEM partners.Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Data Centre sectors.Generate new sales opportunities through OEM partnerships, consultants, EPC contractors and end users.Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry through to contract award.Lead commercial negotiations while maintaining target margins.Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.Key Account ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, government organisations and end users.Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned OEM accounts.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships across additional markets and sectors.Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activity and major projects throughout the MENA region.Track projects from FEED through engineering, procurement and construction to final award.Identify opportunities where Company’s modular solutions provide value alongside OEMtechnologies.Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.Customer EngagementConduct client presentations, technical workshops and product demonstrations.Represent Hunter Buildings and OEM partners at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.Promote the Company's complete portfolio of modular solutions.Work closely with Engineering, Estimation, Commercial, Procurement and Project teams to prepare competitive proposals.Support project handover following contract award.Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure technical compliance and customer requirements are achieved.Support development of strategic framework agreements with key OEMs.CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the Company CRM.Prepare weekly activity reports covering client meetings, opportunities, forecasts and project progress.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.Monitor KPIs and annual business objectives.ExperienceMinimum 7–10 years' experience in technical sales or business development.Proven experience working with OEMs within the Energy, Electrical, Oil & Gas, Industrial or Data Centre sectors.Experience selling engineered solutions or modular buildings is highly desirable.Experience working with consultants, EPC contractors and end users.Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and achieving sales growth across the MENA region.Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of OEM business models and strategic partnerships.Knowledge of modular buildings, E-Houses, Electrical Buildings, PIBs, RIEs, BESS and Data Centre solutions.Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.Understanding of FEED, EPC and project execution processes.Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.Strategic planning and business development capability.Strong commercial awareness.
