Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for Airline Cargo Sales in Taipei, Taiwan. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in airline cargo sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day developing sales strategic plans, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.Only candidates with relevant airline cargo sales experience will be considered. Candidates without relevant cargo sales experience or from outside the airline's cargo industry will not be shortlisted.If you're an experienced airline cargo professional ready to drive sales excellence in Taiwan, we'd be delighted to hear from you.Job Description/ Responsibilities:Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controlsDrive revenue generation by implementing local cargo strategiesAnalyze and report on market conditions and trends to leverage competitive advantageManage the day-to-day contact with key account agents and shippers for revenue generationAble to work with team of Sales to provide customer-centric solutions to customersAirlines/ Airfreight marketExcellent sales and negotiation skills Meeting planned sales goals.Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.Well-organized and process orientedPromoting the organization and products.Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Requirements

Must be fluent in English and Taiwanese.Taiwan citizen or Permanent Residency Holder is requiredProven experience in a Sales role, preferably within the cargo, logistics, or aviation sector.Customer relationship management.Managing and directing a sales team.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer service.Well structured, highly professional individual who is results focused.
