Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEWork Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) – Office & On-Site MeetingsAbout VOGLIO:VOGLIO is the official distributor of the Italian paint brand, Colorificio Veneziano, in the UAE.

We specialize in high-quality decorative paints and microcement and wood flooring.We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.Identify and approach potential clients (designers, architects, contractors, developers).Maintain relationships with existing customers.Work from the office and visit project sites to meet clients, conduct meetings, and give product presentations.Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in paint industry, construction, or interior design.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Self-motivated and proactive in generating sales.Comfortable working both in the office and on-site.UAE driver’s license is required.
