- Lead, manage, and develop the Dubai sales team
- Establish sales targets, strategies, and performance standards
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs
- Support negotiations and the closing of high-value transactions
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
- Identify new business opportunities across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor activity
- Work closely with management to support the company’s growth strategyCandidate Profile
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Demonstrated experience in a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Team Leader capacity
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, and property market dynamics
- Strong professional network within the UAE real estate sector is an advantage
- Fluent English required
- Arabic, Russian, or Turkish language proficiency is highly preferred
