Join EWAA Hotels to contribute to achieving its vision and mission of excellence and community service.Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the hotel. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective hotel sales strategies. Identify and attract new corporate, leisure, and group business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and business development activities. Promote hotel rooms, F&B outlets, banquet halls, and events. Develop new accounts and expand the hotel's customer base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Coordinate with Revenue, F&B, Front Office, and Operations teams. Represent and promote the hotel brand to potential clients and organizations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the hotel/hospitality sector. Proven experience in B2B and corporate sales. Strong business development and client acquisition skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry. Target-oriented with strong commercial awareness. Good command of English.
