Location: Ajman, United Arab EmiratesExperience: 5+ yearsSalary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience)Nationality: Open to allDriving Licence: RequiredAbout the RoleOur client, a chemical manufacturing company based in Ajman, is looking for a results-driven sales professional to grow its customer base and strengthen its market presence across the region.

The position will be offered as Business Development Executive or Assistant Sales Manager depending on the candidate's experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.Achieve sales targets and drive consistent business growth.Build long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions.Identify and understand ideal customers and how the company's products meet their requirements.Manage the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity through to sales order, fulfilment, renewal and after-sales support.Promote the company and its products to new and existing customers.Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.Follow up on overdue payments and support timely collections.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.Industry experience in Paint & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Food, Fragrances, Flavors, Personal Care or Plastics is strongly preferred.Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.Valid Driving Licence of United Arab EmiratesHow to ApplySend your updated CV to cosurgerglobal02@gmail.com with the subject line "BDE / Asst.
