In 50 years, thanks to our mission of improving the quality of life, through experience, new technologies and continuous innovation of our products, we have become a world-leading manufacturer of household appliances.In 2025, following the acquisition of Teka https://www.teka.com/en-it/, we strengthened our footprint across Europe — and now we’re ready to take the next step: accelerating the growth of our Business Units, shaping scalable financial processes, and powering the next phase of our expansion journey.For our Business Unit in Bulgaria (Sofia), we are looking for a a Sales Manager – Balkans to lead the commercial activities across the assigned Balkan markets and contribute to the development and growth of the business in the region.Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role will have broad responsibility for commercial strategy, business development, key account management and overall sales performance.The position involves close collaboration with distributors, major retailers, factories and internal functions, with a strong focus on developing sustainable customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned Balkan markets;Drive business development, market expansion and growth opportunities;Manage strategic accounts, distributors and major retail customers;Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships;Lead negotiations on pricing, volumes, commercial terms and business support;Prepare business plans, budgets and sales forecasts;Monitor sales, profitability and commercial KPIs and implement corrective actions;Manage pricing and commercial conditions to support business growth and profitability;Develop and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies across markets and channels;Coordinate promotional activities, product launches and commercial initiatives with Marketing;Coordinate with factories on customer orders, margins, delivery timelines and commercial conditions;Monitor overdue receivables and coordinate collection activities with Finance and customers;Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs;Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product and Factory teams;Represent the company at customer meetings, market visits and relevant trade fairs;Travel regularly across the assigned markets.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE5+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development, preferably within consumer goods, home appliances, electronics or a comparable industry;Proven experience managing distributors, retailers and strategic accounts;Experience in managing a regional sales portfolio and delivering revenue and profitability targets;Strong knowledge of commercial planning, forecasting, pricing and negotiation;Solid understanding of sell-in / sell-out dynamics and retail channels;Experience working in an international and multicultural environment;Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts and commercial KPIs;Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills;Ability to work independently, prioritize activities and manage multiple stakeholders;Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned markets (50–70%);Fluent English is required.
