Sales Manager

Client:Leading Trading CompanyWe are looking for a Sales Manager – Industrial Products to lead and grow an established industrial products division within a trading business.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the industrial products business across the UAE.Develop new business across oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical, power, marine, EPC, fabrication and maintenance sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, maintenance engineers, QA/QC teams, contractors and key decision-makers.Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and technical discussions through quotation, negotiation, order closure and collections.Work closely with estimation, sourcing, procurement, logistics and after-sales teams to ensure competitive quotations and timely delivery.Identify opportunities to expand the product range and develop value-added services such as calibration, rental, on-site support and tool management.

Requirements

7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial tools or equipment, with strong UAE/GCC market exposure.Strong technical understanding of tube tools, bolting & torque equipment, drilling tools, welding tables/fixturing, hand tools and power tools.Proven experience selling to refineries, petrochemical plants, power generation companies, shipyards, fabrication workshops, EPC contractors and maintenance/shutdown contractors.Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma is preferred.Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
