Job SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue for Material Handling Systems (MHS) and Express / parcel sorting systems across MEA. This role covers end-to-end sales & tender management for logistics hubs, express & e-commerce fulfilment centre projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full sales lifecycle: new business development, client meetings, technical presentations, tender preparation and commercial closure for MHS & express sorting systems.Lead solution design managers and supplier partners to align tender submissions with client specifications, industry standards and project norms.Manage tender schedules, timeline control, pricing strategy, commercial compliance, compliance matrix and sales risk registers.Build strategic relationships with express operators, logistics developers, consultants and EPCs in MEA parcel & distribution market.Perform technical scoping and solution design; use AutoCAD to develop system layouts and support proposal deliverables.RequirementsMinimum 5 years sales experience in material handling, parcel sorting, express logistics automation industry.Proficient in AutoCAD and solution design for automated handling systems.Hands-on experience managing full tender cycle for large MHS / express system projects in MEA.Excellent client presentation, commercial negotiation and cross-team leadership skills.Solid knowledge of tender compliance documentation and sales risk register management.Based in UAE with hybrid working; regional project travel required.
