This role requires signage industry experience. You need to walk in already able to answer product and process questions, we're not able to train someone on the industry from scratch. You'll coach the team on pipeline management and closing, hold them accountable to activity and quota, and stay hands on with your own deals from first contact through signed contract.What You'll DoManage and coach a team of 5 sales repsReview pipelines in HubSpot and keep the team accountable to activity and quotaCarry your own book of business and close your own dealsSet and track team sales targets alongside leadershipRun regular one on ones and team meetingsHandle escalations and support reps on larger or more complex dealsReport on team performance to ownershipWhat We're Looking ForSignage industry sales experience requiredAt least two years in a sales leadership or team lead roleTrack record of hitting personal and team quotaStrong coach who can develop reps at different skill levelsAble to speak knowledgeably about signage products and processes from day oneHubSpot or comparable CRM experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits$90,000–$130,000/year base + bonuses10 days PTO after 90 days + 11 paid company holidaysPaid Christmas week shutdownHealth insuranceBi-annual performance reviews with base salary increase eligibility
