About the RolePosition: B2B Sales Manager Location: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October Reporting To: CEO Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and enhancing the company's sales processes across distributors, e-commerce platforms, and other potential business channels.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships.Monitor sales performance and prepare financial and sales reports.Track company income, sales KPIs, and maintain accurate forecasting sheets.Propose innovative ideas to improve sales performance and processes.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.Attend outdoor meetings and business trips when required.Qualifications7–10 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred).Previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, fragrances, or related industries is highly preferred.Required SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Very good command of English.Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.Proactive, creative, disciplined, and flexible personality.Ability to work both in-office and outdoor environments.Candidates residing in Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October are preferred.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary package (fixed salary + performance-based commission).Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, fragrances, or related industries is highly preferred.Pay range and compensation packageMedical and social insurance after probation period.Transportation support as per company policy.
