Apply & track with Apply EdgeFisheye Executive Search is partnering with a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia to hire a Sales Manager who will own the Critical Care and Medical Furniture portfolio across the Western & Southern Region. This is a senior, quota-carrying role overseeing hospital-facing sales, tender management, and a regional sales team — ideal for someone who already has an established network with hospital decision-makers and procurement teams in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Southern provinces.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the annual sales plan for critical care equipment (patient monitoring, anesthesia workstations, ICU & transport ventilators, defibrillators) and medical furniture across the Western & Southern Region.Lead the full tender lifecycle — technical and commercial proposal preparation, clinical evaluation support, pricing strategy, and negotiation — for both government (MOH, NUPCO, Etimad) and private-sector hospital accounts.Build and maintain senior-level relationships with hospital CEOs, procurement directors, biomedical engineering departments, and clinical department heads (ICU, anesthesia, emergency).Recruit, manage, and coach a team of area/territory sales representatives, setting individual targets and reviewing pipeline performance.Coordinate with principals/manufacturers (international OEMs) on product positioning, pricing approvals, and joint account planning.Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments across the region, feeding insights back into commercial strategy.Manage forecasting, budgeting, and collections for the region, ensuring healthy days-sales-outstanding on government accounts.Represent the company at regional healthcare exhibitions, hospital open days, and clinical conferences.What We're Looking For8+ years of progressive experience in medical device or medical equipment sales in Saudi Arabia, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team-lead capacity.Proven track record managing government tenders through NUPCO/Etimad as well as direct private-hospital sales cycles.Established network of hospital executives, procurement leads, and clinical stakeholders across the Western and/or Southern regions.Experience in critical care equipment, anesthesia/ICU devices, or hospital/medical furniture is strongly preferred.Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, pricing strategy, margin management, and contract negotiation.Demonstrated people-management experience — building, motivating, and holding a sales team accountable to targets.Bachelor's degree required; a technical, biomedical, pharmacy, or business background is a plus.Fluent in Arabic and English; based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with regular regional travel.Nice to HaveExisting relationships with specific hospital groups or MOH clusters in the Western/Southern regions.Experience representing international critical care brands (e.g., Mindray, Dräger, GE Healthcare, Getinge, or similar).
