Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a new team of telesales professionals for our Customer Loyalty Team. Whilst remaining hands on, this role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective telephone-based sales operations with our current customers. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution in a "player / manager" role. As a Telesales Team Manager, we are looking for someone to: Be single minded in your desire to 'make the sale'.
