About the opportunityMcGregor Boyall is partnering with a leading international manufacturer of fire and life safety solutions to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia's Western Province. Our client has over 125 years of history and a global customer base, with a portfolio spanning fire alarm systems, sprinkler monitoring, mass notification, emergency communication and power products across education, healthcare, industrial and multi-family markets.The roleBased in Jeddah and working remotely, you will own the Western Province territory end to end — building relationships with consultants, contractors and end users, driving product specification, and converting opportunities into orders. This is an individual contributor role reporting into regional leadership.Key responsibilitiesOwn sales performance and quota delivery across the Western ProvinceDevelop and execute a territory plan covering new business and account growthBuild and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, distributors and end usersDrive specification of the company's products into project designs at consultant stagePrepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close ordersEnsure product compliance with Saudi Civil Defence, NFPA and EN 54 requirementsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reportingRepresent the business at industry events and customer meetings across the regionWhat you'll bring10+ years in fire and life safety product sales, with a strong record against quotaEstablished network across consultants, contractors and end users in the Western ProvinceLocal Jeddah market experience is essentialTechnical understanding of fire alarm, detection and life safety systemsFamiliarity with NFPA, EN 54 and Saudi Civil Defence approval processesArabic fluency required; English proficiency essentialBachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferredValid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama
